Helpfulness of staff at reception - they did not all speak English but tried very hard to help and always went in search of the lady who spoke some English. Good location, easy to find on the edge of town and well within a good walk of everywhere.
Breakfast - continental but plastic packets of "biscotti" (like dry toast that crumbles) are not good, with not a lot of other options. Croissants one morning but all gone the next day.

Clean and pleasant, nice building well maintained. We booked single rooms but were given large doubles for the same price
My room at the front overlooked a very noisy street and I had to keep the windows shut at night to block the noise out

The Hotel is conveniently located near the city centre, has a wireless internet connection (not the fastest but free) and a small parking garage. The breakfast is ok, even though there is not too much to choose from. The restaurant is very good and fair priced (particulary so if you book the half board). The Hotel prices are fair.

Great location
The rooms (in the winter) are a bit cold! The key system is a bit old school (no card keys) so you always have to go through the reception.

Spent Easter break at this cozy hotel. Great room and accommodating staff, always present to help out. The restaurant offered delicious and authentic Umbrian and Tuscan cuisine that was a treat. enjoyed the stunning view of the river from the hotel. Location was convenient, with easy access to sightseeing spots and a nearby grocery store.
Some staff members didn't speak English fluently, making communication a bit harder. Breakfast selection could be better and replenished.

Great location! the hotel is situated within a short walk from all the key attractions in the city. the accommodations were cozy and comfortable , perfect for our romantic getaway. the restaurant served delicious food, and the staff were always courteous and helpful. We really enjoyed the view from our room , it overlooked a peaceful courtyard, which was very relaxing.
The breakfast could have been better , a limited selection of options, and no vegetables. some of the staff in the restaurant lacked basic hygiene practices, which was disappointing.
